"Recent changes in the accepted standard of care for victims of fires, firefighter rehabilitation, and other medical emergencies involving carbon monoxide have identi-fied the need to monitor the levels of carbon monoxide in the blood as quickly as possible.  Treatment needs to start immediately to reduce the damage this gas does to the body.  To this end, Kuyahoora Valley Ambulance is raising funds to purchase one carbon monoxide monitor for each ambulance.  Monies raised by the Chinese Auction will be designated for the monitors."

The Kuyahoora Valley Rotary is sponsoring a FREE concert for families of the Kuyahoora Valley and surrounding communities again this year.  The community has always supported our fund raising efforts and this is the Rotary's attempt to benefit the entire community.

The "picnic in the park" concert will kick off on July 28th at the Town of Russia Town Park in Poland NY. 

The outstanding band from Syracuse"THE BABY BOOMERS BAND" will be featured.

The CENTRAL NEW YORK MUSIC SCENE SAYS " The Baby Boomers Band is a seven-member band that play favorites by Simon and Garfunkel, The Beatles, The Eagles, Van Morrison, The Mamas & Papas, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Tom Petty and more.  The group's instrumentation consists of two guitars, electric keyboards, bass guitar and drums.  Aside from the two male voices of the guitarists, two female vocalists allow the group to perform four part harmonies, which is the signature sound of many of the 60's-70's music selections in the band's song list.  Harmonica is added to the mix of instruments by one of the female vocalists"

Thank you to all that helped decorate for and support the Ride For Missing Children this year.  It was a great day full of emotions and I especially enjoyed coming into the Village and seeing the support from all.  Thanks again!!
